BIG Outdoor-Indoor Play Area
We have the largest outdoor Doggy Daycare in Central Florida. We have 6,000 square feet of Astroturf with a splash zone. We have five treadmills. We take dog for walks which allows them to exhaust the maximum amount of energy.
Over the years while training dogs and boarding and doing doggy daycare, I noticed that most of the time the dogs only spend about an hour and a half to two hours max running around.
Dogs Expend Lots of Energy
I had to figure out how to make sure that when the day is over, the dogs are done. Even if they play for two hours, that gives them time to recuperate. And when they go home, then they’re bouncing off the walls. So that’s the reason why I created this routine and it’s been very successful. We keep them engaged, we keep their minds and bodies stimulated and the dogs are happy when they come home to their parents.
